Elevenmonths is an enthusiastic, energetic, results orientated coaching and consulting service that works with both individuals and companies to make them the very best that they can be. Based in County Antrim, N. Ireland, we can provide a personalised service backed up by a wealth of knowledge and experience.
The driving force behind Elevenmonths and principal coach, Nigel Flynn, is an Associate of the Association for Coaching (ACMA) and an accredited trained coach. He is a licensed Neuro Lingusitic Programming (NLP) practitioner and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Nigel is a member of the Institute of Business Advisers and fully accredited by SFEDI (Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative). A career experience in Business Strategy and Public Relations, Nigel's interests lie in all aspects of communication and personal development.
Elevenmonths is a results orientated practice, working with our clients to help them to achieve their goals and to get what they want. Our first step when working with your company, will be to carry out a comprehensive assessment of your business Resources & Capabilities.
Elevenmonths has worked extensively with small and medium sized businesses, specialising in support for those people taking their first steps into self employment, often working within the Northern Ireland Local Enterprise Agency Network.
Elevenmonths variously works with a number of associate trainers and coaches, whose range of expertise covers a diversity of fields of interest. All coaches are fully trained, with appropriate experience in their area of specialism (including Human Resources, Marketing, Export Trading and ICT).
